Job Description

The new Business Intelligence Specialist will play a key role in supporting the evolution of financial reporting in a challenging and stimulating environment. You will help bridge the gap between finance and business intelligence. Our primary objective is to assist the business in making decisions based on data, with a particular emphasis on producing reports as the primary source of information.

A team of 12 experts provides support to various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience, for both short-term and long-term projects. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, we strive to develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations that enable us to gain a deep understanding of how we can enhance satisfaction for both doctors and patients.

You will be an integral part of the Business Intelligence team, working closely with the Data Analytics team to support business decisions based on data.

Key Responsibilities

• Track key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards using advanced business intelligence tools.
• Provide detailed insights into financial performance, trends, and variances.
• Analyze profitability and cost efficiency to identify improvement areas.
• Support audits and regulatory documentation.
• Automate repetitive financial tasks to improve efficiency.
• Implement process improvements to reduce manual efforts and errors.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to create dynamic, interactive reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights.
• Knowledge of Python/R and desire to expand your knowledge.
• Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and report large volumes of financial data with speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide high-quality work efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt and work in a quickly changing environment, managing competing demands.
