A leading organization is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC) professional to oversee the quality of construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in inspection and testing, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Review project specifications and contracts to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential defects and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage quality control schedules to meet project timelines.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve non-conformities and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality metrics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with data analysis and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
