**Project Manager - Clinical Research Operations

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including Clinical Research Associates and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical research, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
