Education Sector Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in the education sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow and make an impact.
As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in managing payments, financial reporting, and client relationships. You will be responsible for:
- Managing and monitoring overdue payments;
- Handling registered bank collections (submission and return files);
- Performing bank reconciliations;
- Maintaining client relationships and providing customer service;
- Analyzing and negotiating discounts;
- Participating in the enrollment and re-enrollment process;
- Recording financial transactions in the management system;
- Preparing management reports and performance indicators;
- Providing support to Accounts Payable;
- Collaborating with other departments;
- Engaging in school projects and events.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields;
- Solid experience in similar roles;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
- A strategic mindset.
English and/or Spanish proficiency is required for this role.
