As a Data Engineer, you will design, build, test, and maintain data systems and architectures that meet business needs. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, data architects, analysts, and others to ensure successful projects.
You will analyze data to understand its properties, identify ways to improve data quality, efficiency, and reliability, and deliver actionable insights to executives, analysts, and end users.
Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling, utilizing tools like Azure Functions, Event Grid, Databricks, and Stream Analytics. Experience with Azure services, including Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Synapse, is essential. Strong proficiency in Transact-SQL (T-SQL) and query optimization is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience, is necessary. English Full Professional Proficiency is also required.
Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps for data integration and automation are critical skills. Familiarity with serverless architecture, CI/CD principles, and version control for data pipelines is an advantage.
