We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our high-profile construction projects in the UAE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all design deliverables, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution in collaboration with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities, as well as proficiency in design tools such as STAAD, Prokon, ETABS, and AutoCAD. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in construction design management are also required.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate design activities between client, construction, and consultants
  • Oversee design documentation, submittals, approvals, and ensure alignment with contractual and program requirements
  • Monitor and report on design progress; lead weekly/monthly reporting
  • Ensure technical compliance, review calculations and shop drawings (structural, rebar, BSS, MEP)
  • Authorize material submittals, invoices, and design change documentation
  • Coordinate with authorities for NOC and support submissions
  • Lead, motivate, and delegate within the design team; oversee document control and QA/QC
  • Support project delivery by aligning design with planning, procurement, and site operations
">Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction design management
  • Proficiency in design tools (STAAD, Prokon, ETABS, AutoCAD)
  • Strong MS Office and Adobe Acrobat skills
  • Proven leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
