This Technical Lead position offers the opportunity to lead technical teams, support project management, and communicate with customers.

Your primary focus will be on delivering projects on schedule, meeting customer expectations, and driving technical innovation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in technical or electrical engineering within transmission or distribution operation, including relevant Project Delivery experience
  • Experience with one of the following: SCADA systems, mission-critical systems, or Network Grid Control Centers software
  • Experience leading technical teams delivering solutions to customers
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to peers, management, and customers
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Partner-focused, proactive, and effective team player

Preferred Skills:

  • Software development experience (C/C++, Java, Python, XML)
  • Power System Modeling (CIM, UML)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum
  • Experience with Linux, Windows, and AIX Platforms
