We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional to join our team as a Junior Test Automation Engineer.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with our experienced developers and testers, and contribute to the development of effective QA strategies.

  • Key responsibilities include designing, creating, and executing both manual and automated tests, reporting and tracking software quality issues, contributing to the development of effective QA strategies, collaborating closely with highly experienced Quality Engineers, developing proficiency as a Software Quality Engineer by acquiring and applying essential skills, and contributing to a culture that values hard work, recognizes achievements, and fosters continuous learning and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Testing principles, including testing techniques, testing process and documentation, defect reporting and tracking. Additionally, they should be proficient with at least one programming language (Java or Python preferred), have good notions of object-oriented programming and their applications on Automated Test development, and ability to implement simple automated test cases using UI Test Automation tools like Selenium, Cypress or Playwright.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent spoken and written English, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and teamwork skills, and commitment and enthusiasm to go deeper into automation testing. They should be well-versed in the various dimensions of the QA process, including manual, automated, accessibility, performance, and compatibility testing.

The position requires 4+ years of experience in Software Development or Quality Assurance roles, university studies in Software Engineering, System Analysis, or a related IT field, and ISTQB Foundation Level Certification as a significant advantage.
