Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Teams Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in administering and optimizing Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering and optimizing Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, integrations, and APIs.
  • Automating processes and recommending engineering improvements.
  • Monitoring alerts, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions.
  • Working with PowerShell, MS Graph, and application management in Teams.
  • Testing new features and implementing changes securely.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell / MS Graph.
  • Experience managing applications, APIs, and automation.
  • Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement.
  • Fluent English language skills.
