Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement process control systems to optimize welding processes.

• Upgrade technology to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Ensure compliance with KPIs and welding procedures qualification.

• Focus on the full production cycle, from development to equipment upgrade, to deliver high-quality products.

• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with external clients to discuss technical queries and provide solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Metallurgy, Materials Science, Welding, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

• Proficiency in welding techniques and NDT levels.

• Master's degree in Welding or a related field (desirable).

• Advanced/upper-intermediate level in English and Spanish.

• Up to 3 years of experience in industrial welding processes and plants.

• Knowledge of welded pipes (ERW and/or LSAW/SSAW) and welding codes (ASME VIII, ASME IX, API 1104, ASME B31).

• Familiarity with data analytics and CAD/3D software.

• Ability to travel.
