Role Overview

This is a leadership position within the Commercial Enablement team, responsible for building and scaling a culture of high performance, passion, and excellence within sales teams. The ideal candidate will be able to cascade and operationalize all sales engagement initiatives, from performance-driven sales campaigns to inspiring events and rituals that spark energy, recognition, and belonging across all regions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales engagement, including creating rules, themes, gamification mechanisms, dashboards, and real-time ranking.
