About the Role

In this exciting opportunity with Accor Hotels, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance team in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Ensure proper accounting of disbursals and repayments on a periodic basis, aligning balances with our financial management system.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements on a daily basis, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
  • Manage data and ensure book closure for audit and monthly closures, providing accurate and reliable financial information.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams for invoicing, reconciliations, and other financial activities.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury team for functional activities, ensuring alignment with our financial goals.
  • Provide support to teams during statutory audits or other ad-hoc requests, demonstrating your expertise and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • An educational background in commerce or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial operations, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle, with the ability to navigate and utilize its features effectively.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned duties, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for financial data and analysis.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.
