Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Link Worldwide. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic account management and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the promotional goods and print industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
