The Sr Email Marketing Strategist plays a pivotal role in formulating and implementing data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client requirements. This involves ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance through strategic planning, ongoing optimization, and effective marketing strategies.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement impactful marketing strategies that meet client expectations
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Client Insights: Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into actionable marketing strategies
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns
  • Client Engagement: Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance, and plan for further development
  • Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall strategy
  • Business Growth: Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Provide valuable industry insights to the marketing team to enhance the company's reputation as an industry leader
