We are seeking an experienced **Automations Workflow Optimizer** to join our Student Experience team. In this role, you will collaborate with team leads to optimize workflows and set up automation processes using tools like Zapier and Make, our internal CRM system, and Discord bots. Your primary goal is to make the team's work with students seamless, reducing time-to-value for our students and increasing efficiency and speed.

The Student Experience team provides support and guidance for students from program purchase to job offer. We use Discord to develop our student community and communicate with students. As an Automations Workflow Optimizer, you will be responsible for implementing low-code/no-code automation workflows to streamline operations and improve our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement low-code/no-code automation workflows using Zapier, Make, CRM (Planhat and HubSpot), and Discord bots
  • Configure and manage Discord bots for educational purposes
  • Connect automation and CRM systems, maintaining cohesive infrastructure
  • Develop technical standards and baselines for automations within the Student Experience team
  • Manage external communications and participate in technical tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working with low-code/no-code automation tools
  • Experience with omnichannel tools and CRM systems (HubSpot and Planhat)
  • Discord bot development skills (Python or JavaScript)
  • Data-driven and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on national averages and may vary. At TripleTen, we prioritize transparent compensation structures, ensuring fair pay for all employees.
