About the role:
The business analyst team collaborates with key stakeholders across the organization, influencing strategic decisions from a financial perspective.
As a senior business intelligence analyst for the platforms division, you will be responsible for supporting general managers in operational planning and execution, ensuring accurate financial analysis and reporting, and guiding stakeholders in making informed business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and execution, effectively bridging the gap between business needs and financial processes.
- Drive improvements in financial processes by understanding and influencing the entire financial cycle.
- Deliver comprehensive quarterly reports and analysis, including detailed deep dives.
- Generate insights to support business decisions by conducting NPV analysis, assessing risks and opportunities, and evaluating business trade-offs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders, including general managers (GMs), HR business partners (HRBPs), procurement, accounting, and treasury teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, math, statistics, physics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data manipulation skills.
- Excellent financial modeling skills.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic working methods and short-term deliverables.
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Excellent communication skills.
