Project Management Role in Quality Assurance

We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Project Lead to join our team at Kenvue. This role will be responsible for delivering quality plans across the region, ensuring seamless coordination across all workstreams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and quality assurance, with experience in leading virtual teams in dynamic settings. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.

This is a fixed-term 12-month position based at our Kenvue SJC site in Brazil. The salary range for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality projects related to separation programs
  • Build collaboration across different functional areas with business partners
  • Develop, manage, and maintain up-to-date project plans through collaboration with cross-functional team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemical engineering, or equivalent technical field
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional work experience in the regulated health industry
  • Experience in quality systems, audits/inspections, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience in leading virtual teams in dynamic settings
