Technical Risk Management Program Manager

As a Technical Risk Management Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from start to finish. This involves working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the successful execution of critical compliance controls by verifying their proper functioning and regular adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned control processes, handling stakeholder inquiries, escalations, and communications with partner teams.
  • Collaborate in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor control effectiveness, providing process health reports, trends, and outcomes to management.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive documentation, including control narratives, process guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and stakeholder-facing materials.
  • Address and resolve incoming issues, bugs, and escalations related to the control process in a timely manner, ensuring clear communication to all parties involved.
