About the Role

• Develop innovative solutions for core and shell-type transformers, driving technological advancements and business growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, manufacture, and test prototypes, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

• Leverage technical expertise to lead and manage R&D projects independently, prioritizing goals, resources, and timelines.

• Maintain and develop technical standards and design tools for transformers, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

• Prepare technical reports and specifications, participating in educational programs to share knowledge and best practices.

• Evaluate production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive continuous excellence.

• Provide technical support to factories, addressing issues within your area of expertise and promoting knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to propose partnerships and innovative solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.

• Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong background in R&D projects, engineering, or academic research.

• Advanced knowledge in transformer technology, including experience with CAD modeling software (e.g., CREO, SolidWorks, SolidEdge) and numerical simulations (e.g., fluid dynamics, mechanical simulations).

• Ability to develop custom technical solutions, leveraging proficiency in programming languages and software applications.

• Strong collaboration skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities and fluency in spoken and written English.
