IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description:

The role of an IT Infrastructure Specialist involves managing and supporting operational systems and infrastructure across multiple Latin American sites. This includes managing Microsoft Operational Systems, virtual environments, and hardware for servers and endpoints.

This specialist will also provide comprehensive Service Desk Support to internal and external users, monitor and manage server and networking equipment, and maintain IT infrastructure including racks and cabling for datacenters, plants, and endpoints.

Assisting with project management and enhancing IT KPIs is also a key responsibility of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelors degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst with strong troubleshooting skills to identify and solve complex technical problems.
  3. Advanced proficiency in English is essential, and Spanish is a desirable skill.
  4. Strong team player with excellent communication, productivity, and planning skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and a resilient attitude.
