Job Description

You will manage complex multi-workstream projects, analyze data to implement performance improvements, collaborate with teams and clients to align business objectives, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and lead and develop team members through training, supervision, and feedback.

  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and oversee junior team members.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with client objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and advance their careers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience in project leadership, workplan management, and managed care.
  • 1+ years of experience managing the lifecycle of a payer negotiation, including contract/rate proposal writing/reviewing, reimbursement analysis, and team coordination.
  • Ability to travel based on client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • US Work Authorization required.
