Job Title: Ecm - Plataform IT Application Analyst

The role of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System Analyst involves ensuring the seamless functioning and maintenance of enterprise-wide systems. This includes configuring and supporting systems, platforms, and environments to understand and learn the underlying infrastructure in IT platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support ECM Systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the infrastructure in IT platforms, including cloud and container-based systems.
  • Perform product lifecycle management, which includes testing, change management, release management, and support models.
  • Participate in software maintenance activities such as installation, patching, upgrades, and versioning.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
  • Assist with scheduling, automation, and orchestration solutions to optimize system performance.
  • Support document management and archiving solutions to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Requirements:
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to make sound decisions based on data-driven insights.
  • Skilled in requirement gathering to understand business needs.
