As a global leader in talent acquisition, we are seeking an exceptional Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing recruitment processes with agility and assertiveness, understanding hiring managers' needs, and developing sourcing strategies to meet recruiting goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the team to deliver the recruitment process of internal positions worldwide;
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to generate a candidate pipeline;
- Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn searches, social networking, referrals, and other sources;
- Perform CV screening, phone screening, hunting, interviews, and alignment meetings with hiring managers;
- Contribute to maintaining candidate databases and recruitment systems;
- Assist in creating and optimizing job postings;
- Prepare materials for hiring managers upon demand.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Advanced English language proficiency; Spanish is a plus;
