Key Responsibilities- Design and implement game systems and LUA resources using the Roblox Studio framework.
- Collaborate with other programmers and the production team to deliver high-quality game experiences.
- Develop new game systems and mechanics in Roblox Studio, ensuring high-performance, robust, and sustainable systems.
- Write clear, maintainable, and portable code, adhering to team coding standards and practices.
- Communicate daily status updates to team leaders, producers, and quality control regarding tasks and features.
- Work with external development partners and adhere to team coding standards and practices.
- Hands-on experience with LUA, C++, and/or C#.
- Experience with engines such as Roblox Studio, Unreal, and/or Unity.
- Practical experience and proficiency with version control tools such as Git, SVN, and/or Perforce.
- Willingness to learn or hands-on experience with Roblox Studio.
- Knowledge in one or more game programming specialties, such as artificial intelligence, 3D rendering, physics, multiplayer/networking, gameplay.
- Effective communication in a team-oriented environment.
- Good grasp of the multidisciplinarity of game production, being able to see the perspectives and needs of other areas, such as design, art, UI/UX, QA, audio, technical art, etc.
- Academic background and technical requirements: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Game Development Technology, similar courses or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced English.
