We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex technical issues.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating critical cases to senior engineers as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to drive issue resolution and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, training materials, and other resources to support customer success.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical support environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
