Job Opportunity: Director, Finance

International Medical Corps is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our financial strategies and policies.

About the Role:

As Director of Finance, you will be responsible for:
  1. Developing and implementing financial plans and strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Leading the financial planning and budgeting process, including the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
  3. Managing the financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  4. Providing financial guidance and support to senior leadership and other departments.
  5. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in financial leadership or management.
  3. Strong financial planning and analysis skills.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
