Network Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Development Specialist to enhance our dealer network's overall performance.

  • Maintain and improve the efficiency of our dealership network through continuous monitoring and analysis.
  • Implement measures and projects to achieve the best results according to our KPI system.

Main Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT IRIS SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE: Analyze and interpret monthly dealer performance reports, preparing recommendations for further follow-up.
  • ASSISTANCE TO IRIS SYSTEM THROUGHOUT DEALER NETWORK: Provide support to the IRIS system throughout the dealer network.
  • COORDINATE SYSTEM INTEGRATION BETWEEN IRIS AND LOCAL DMS SYSTEM: Ensure smooth integration between the IRIS and local DMS systems.
  • Evaluate and ensure maintenance and conformity of dealership facilities, in line with global standards.
  • Coordinate with external companies on Porsche Brand standard Audit tool implementation and follow-up.
  • Assist in coordinating CI local partners approval process.
  • Implement quality reward programs.
  • Conduct annual studies to review KPIs with internal areas.
  • Elaborate and implement program policies aligned with internal areas and dealer network.
  • Analyze program results to share and highlight best practices within the dealer network.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or comparable formal qualification.
  • 4+ years of experience in the automotive business or similar fields.
  • Experience in network development and/or commercial/marketing management/financial at OEMs.
  • Project and process management knowledge.
  • Language proficiency (oral/written) in English is required.
  • High level of written, oral communication/presentation with direct colleagues/dealer management teams and customers.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in challenging market conditions.
  • String leadership capabilities to manage external consultants.
  • Creative and analytical thinking skills with the ability to develop and manage strategic projects.
  • Leadership skills to coordinate and implement regional/area initiatives.
  • Ability to manage and negotiate in complex situations.
