About the Role

Keoghs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our expanding team in Rio de Janeiro. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing multi-disciplinary project teams across a wide variety of projects, encompassing engineering design and analysis at the conceptual, feasibility, FEED, detailed design, and/or installation stages of riser and conductor projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing technical guidance and support
  • Communicate technical results and conclusions to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings
  • Oversee and review dynamic structural based design work, interpreting results to form sound engineering judgments and recommendations
Requirements
  • Relevant engineering degree (mechanical, civil, petroleum, chemical)
  • Typically, 3+ years of subsea engineering experience, with a strong background in riser and conductor analysis
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the oil and gas market, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Experience with OrcaFlex or Flexcom software, with a strong understanding of drilling, completion, or production riser systems
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of personal accountability and self-motivation, as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail
