Senior Fitout Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Fitout Manager to lead high-end interior fit-out projects in KSA.
A leading specialist in interior fit-out and refurbishment projects is looking for a results-driven professional to take charge of commercial and contractual aspects of high-value interior fit-out projects from inception to final account.
As Senior Fitout Manager, you will be responsible for protecting the company's interests, maximizing margins, and ensuring strategic procurement and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Your expertise will drive profitability through smart procurement, claims, and cost reporting. You'll manage subcontractor contracts, guarantees, and insurances, and approve major payments, forecasts, and project financials.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in high-end fitout
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial acumen
- Experience managing multiple fitout projects concurrently
- Expertise in contract management, cost control, budgeting, and claims management
Please note that this role requires a six-day working week and successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for KSA/UAE.
