Job Title: Serving Professional

">Description:

Serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner is the key to delivering an exceptional Guest and Member experience. To achieve this goal, a Serving Professional must have extensive knowledge of menu offerings.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest queries in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner.
  • Serve Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic beverages while adhering to licensing/liquor regulations for residents and non-residents.
  • Ensure thorough knowledge of menu and all products.
  • Maintain a well-stocked mis-en-place at all floor stations.
  • Follow proper reporting procedures when faced with issues.
  • Ensure Food and Beverage orders are consistently of high standards and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

  • Experience in the Food and Beverage department or industry.
  • Previous experience with cash handling.
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
