Job Description:

As a Material Flow Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and promoting strategic partner relationships in line with management approval. Your primary objective is to assist customers in identifying pain points or challenges related to material handling, focusing on chute design and material flow, to maximize uptime and operational efficiency.

Additionally, you will support sales efforts to achieve growth and margin targets for Chute and Material Flow solutions. This involves working closely with the sales team to increase share of customer and market share for these solutions.

Key responsibilities include executing the sales process, providing technical expertise and knowledge, and contributing to the selling process by offering feedback and ideas for continuous improvement.

You will also play a crucial role in meeting Chute and Material Flow targets within the Total Conveyance model and developing plans for Chute and Material Flow solutions aligned with the Total Conveyance strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the mining industry
  • Proven ability to convert or maintain major customer accounts
  • Experience in creating and executing major SMACT product introductions
  • Ability to develop, present, gain approval for, and execute major projects or business cases
