Dealer Development Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Dealer Development Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

Your Responsibilities

As a Dealer Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing market intelligence on distribution landscape and evolution for the Hispano region. You will also support strategic Dealer Management and brand governance with local data on markets. Additionally, you will provide brands with brand-specific local data and offer dealer brand feedback and overview. Your role will involve developing and leading new projects, Smart Coverage plans, and Quality Programs.

Your Key Tasks
  • Develop new programs and projects for Dealer Management to support other business areas
  • Analyze market development, distribution, and trends, structural data, etc. to support the DM
  • Implement new analytical tools and ensure their efficient use in DM
  • Manage and share customer, industry, and competitor data ensuring data quality and availability
  • Be responsible for Dealer Development Brand representation and Quality
  • Administer and maintain market responsibilities of AGCO's dealer network
What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills; affinity to numbers
  • Consolidated experience in project leadership and project roll out
  • Consolidated experience in Dealer Development Area in Agriculture or Automotive/Trucks Segment industry
  • Language skills (advanced English is desirable)
  • Availability to travel
