Job Title: Sr Quality Assurance Engineer

Are you a quality enthusiast seeking a challenging role in ensuring the highest standards of software development?

We are looking for an experienced Sr Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in shaping the quality of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and development, to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize various testing tools and methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Participate in release preparation, E2E testing, and defect management to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test planning, execution, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in automated testing tools, scripting languages (e.g., Java), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or other popular testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and data structures.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and version control skills with tools like Git or Bitbucket.
