Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the design and implementation of software solutions for web-based applications. You will collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to define and develop technical solutions that improve existing features or enhance architectural quality.

Key responsibilities include identifying performance bottlenecks and areas of improvement in the codebase, working with engineering leadership and your team to propose and implement solutions, and maintaining high coding standards and following best practices in web development.

You will also participate in design and code reviews, provide feedback to ensure web product delivery and agreement on architectural strategies across the team, and support a culture of operational excellence by focusing on efficient and maintainable engineering practices in your daily work and participating in the team's on-call rotation to help diagnose issues affecting customers in production.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience developing web-based applications with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, RTL, Cypress, or Selenium
  • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less
  • Experience with Redux, MobX, or RxJS
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
