Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with regional sales directors and territory managers to meet existing and potential clients' clinical needs, goals, and constraints.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Territory Manager to provide comprehensive case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
  • Serve as the primary resource for clinical support in areas of coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products.
  • Inform customers on the latest product, therapy, and technology developments by engaging in procedural and technical discussions.
  • Demonstrate ability to link clinical data to key messaging.
  • Meet with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and provide creative solutions using company products.
  • Communicate account information to the local territory manager on a daily basis.
  • Support monitoring of product inventory levels.
  • Share insights on competitive products or account issues, opportunities with appropriate TM or CS.
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products.
  • Lead challenging or complex cases review, lead and develop content for regional and/or area clinical calls.
  • Support creation and dissemination of educational content for the internal team.
  • Cases support and coverage of complex cases requiring higher level of clinical expertise.
