Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control throughout each project's life cycle
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews of commercial property and facility condition assessments
  • Engage with subcontractors and field staff, monitor project progress, and maintain client communication
  • Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and staff
  • Identify and resolve project issues, deliver progress reports, and manage client follow-up and concerns
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in architecture or a related engineering field (civil, mechanical, construction management, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and/or construction/cost estimating
  • 3+ years of experience performing and/or reviewing property inspection reports
  • 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions
  • Extensive knowledge of ASTM-2018 and the property condition report assessment process
