Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Analyst to fill this challenging role.

• Monitor purchase orders from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and manage external visits efficiently.
• Clarify technical inquiries, providing accurate and clear information to support business objectives.
• Track the progress of purchased goods and services, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure timely delivery as agreed, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal clients.
• Communicate directly in English with suppliers and internal clients, promoting effective collaboration and mutual understanding.
• Identify discrepancies with suppliers, initiate and follow up on appropriate actions to resolve issues promptly.

• Advanced/Fluent English (to be tested during the selection process).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related Supply Chain fields.
