Junior Motion Graphics Designer

This role involves designing and producing high-quality audio and visual content for a variety of projects. You will work closely with creative teams to bring innovative concepts to life, leveraging your technical expertise to enhance the overall production quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce engaging audio and visual content, including videos, animations, sound design, and multimedia presentations for various platforms.
  • Utilize advanced audio-visual technology and software to execute high-quality production, ensuring optimal sound and visual fidelity.
  • Work closely with directors, designers, and other team members to translate creative concepts into compelling audio-visual narratives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines and workflows to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  • Review and critique audio and visual outputs to ensure they meet high standards for quality and creativity.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in audio-visual production, continuously seeking to enhance production techniques and methodologies.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in audio-visual development or production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, sound design, and multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition), and familiarity with other audio-visual tools.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop original concepts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and present ideas to clients.
  • Strong attention to detail, capable of delivering polished and professional audio-visual content.
