This position plays a pivotal role in providing actionable financial insights, oversight, and coordination of forecasting and budgeting.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage key performance metrics such as expenses, headcount, and financial modeling, delivering value-added financial reporting and analysis.
- Calculate and consolidate month-end results, forecast for the remainder of the year, and budget for future years.
- Perform variance analysis to understand key drivers of results and provide commentary on changes from prior forecasts/budgets.
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting of results and drivers for senior management.
- Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible.
- Drive global consistency and create synergies across the team through project work.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the Finance and Planning field.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Inquisitive, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of challenging peers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
- Highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams.
