Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events Crew Member to join our team at Mt. Bachelor. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for setting up, executing, and tearing down events, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event setup and teardown, including fencing event perimeters, branding, tents, and PA systems.
  • Ensure the safety of event set-up and atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with event managers to coordinate sponsor banner placement, resort branding, and other mountain signage.
  • Assist with race course setup, maintenance, and results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to event competitors and participants.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid driver's license.
  • Advanced ski or snowboard ability preferred.
  • Ability to work long hours, outside in an inclement winter environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

The Events Crew Member will work primarily on weekends, some mid-week, and prior to and post events. This is a part-time position, requiring a seasonal commitment.

Compensation:

$16.00/hour.

Minimum Age Requirement:

18 years old.
