Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams in building scalable platforms and data-driven experiments.

  • Drive Experimentation Culture: Lead your team to build systems, tools, and experiments that directly impact user behavior and business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, analysts, data scientists, and commercial stakeholders to define effective strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Technical Leadership: Own the technical direction and delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring engineering excellence and measuring business outcomes.
  • Culture Carrier: Act as a strategic partner, influencing company-wide decisions, shaping engineering standards, and helping our organization scale with intention.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven Experience: Leading high-performing engineering teams, ideally in Growth, Product, or Experimentation domains.
  • Experimentation Expertise: Deep understanding of experimentation best practices, including A/B testing design, metrics definition, statistical rigor, and experimentation platforms.
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background, with the ability to guide architectural decisions and lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Business Impact: A track record of delivering measurable business impact through experimentation, personalization, or user-centric system design.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving at the intersection of engineering, data, and product strategy.
