Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide consultative support to our customers, delivering expert advice and guidance on SAP HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to customers on SAP HCM solutions
• Deliver expert advice and guidance on SAP HCM configuration and implementation
• Manage daily priorities and tickets, ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Maintain internal and external communication channels at an optimal level
• Understand general HR flows and SAP HCM architecture

Requirements

• Professionals with a background in Systems, HR, or Business Administration
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience with SAP HCM module configuration and parameterization
• Basic knowledge of LSMW, interface development, BAPIs, Batch Input, Sapscripts, and Smartforms
• Knowledge of ABAP, OO, BSP, and Workflow
• Knowledge of S/4 Hanna, integration with SSFF, and Workday (a plus)
• Advanced English language skills (desired)
