Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, implement standard work procedures, and manage risk during service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Accurate and Timely Results: Ensure that job deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time, meeting the high standards of oilandgas.
- Execute Service Delivery: Take ownership of service delivery to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Participate in Risk Management and Improvement: Collaborate with the team to analyze and mitigate risks, and implement continuous improvement programs to enhance service delivery.
- Support Technical Programs and Bids: Assist the Design/Technical Engineer in implementing technical programs and bids, ensuring that they align with oilandgas's strategic objectives.
- Develop Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to promote oilandgas's products and services, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality: Implement the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT) self-assessments and wellsite inspections to ensure that oilandgas's standards and regulatory requirements are met.
- Lead Service Quality Meetings: Facilitate Service Quality Meetings with customers to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to HSE and Quality Initiatives: Participate in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality initiatives, ensuring that oilandgas's commitment to safety and quality is upheld.
- Adhere to Safety Policies: Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and observe HSE policies, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain Safety Training: Ensure that you possess the required safety training and certifications, and maintain them throughout your tenure at oilandgas.
- Support Team Members: Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence, ensuring that service delivery continues uninterrupted.
