Factory Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for defined factory solutions, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, and relevant site knowledge bases are up-to-date.
- Manage the IS & IT/OT Factory project portfolios by shaping and capturing demands aligned with business stakeholders and priorities.
- Serve as primary local IS Plant contact for all regional, affiliate, and domain level matters.
- Provide technical expertise across common solutions and services at sites.
- Ensure that ITIL standards around definition and management of IT/OT assets are maintained and that asset inventories are up-to-date for your site(s).
- Contribute to the definition and enforcement of IS architectural standards (software, infrastructure) together with Engineering, IT Security & Infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other global P&A team members on maturing and delivering solution standards.
- Propose and document added value IS solutions.
- Anticipate problems and develop thoughtful and creative solutions.
