About the Role:

This position serves as a leadership role within our Salesforce Practice, encompassing both technical and operational duties. As a Salesforce Technical Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality delivery and fostering client relationships.

Your contributions will directly influence the growth and strategic direction of our Salesforce Practice, with opportunities for increased leadership responsibilities as the practice evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery, robust solution functionality, and compliance with coding standards.
  • Conduct periodic evaluations of team members, promoting continuous improvement through constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate on technological strategies, team training, and career development initiatives.
  • Act as a technical reference for team members on product definition and project organization.
  • Stay updated on relevant project topics and Salesforce releases, sharing insights with the team.
  • Serve as a primary contact for client stakeholders regarding technical expertise and solution design.
  • Participate in the talent acquisition process, offering recommendations for hiring.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering a skilled and professional consulting team.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes.
  • Work alongside operations and commercial leadership to identify key accounts and growth opportunities.
  • Support commercial and marketing initiatives, including content creation and proposal development.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 6 years of experience with Salesforce.
  • More than 3 years of experience with CI/CD tools, package deployments, and change sets.
  • At least 3 years of experience in architecture development.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience with Process Builders, Workflow Rules, and Flows.
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components development.
  • Advanced English proficiency to effectively communicate with US clients.
