Job Title: Infrastructure Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Technical Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure systems that meet the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking components.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration files, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain high availability and performance of IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking components.
  • Proficient in operating systems, such as Windows Server and Linux.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, such as Nagios and Zabbix.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
