About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our validation program at our manufacturing site. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our processes and systems meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive validation program that aligns with Colgate-Palmolive's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate validation activities, including equipment qualification, computer system validation, and process validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that validation activities are integrated into our overall quality management system.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including validation protocols, reports, and records.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure that validation activities are effective and efficient.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners on validation procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on validation progress, including metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure that validation activities are aligned with Colgate-Palmolive's sustainability and social responsibility goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as science, engineering, or quality assurance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on validation and quality assurance.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing validation programs that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and FDA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Google tools and related courses.
