Compliance and Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a Compliance and Risk Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance processes and controls, as well as strong analytical and risk management skills. You will work closely with various business partners, including senior leaders across the enterprise, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify potential risks and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective compliance controls.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on compliance-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compliance programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
