Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Your primary goal will be to analyze business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

You will work closely with our development teams in Australia and Brazil to design and implement software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Our ideal candidate has experience in development projects and is proficient in English and Portuguese. They are also skilled in tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Slack, and InVision.

The role involves:

  • Day-to-day project/task coordination of Dev/UX/Contractor team
  • Managing sprints and stand-ups
  • Writing functional requirements
  • Writing user stories and test cases
  • Writing RFIs and RFPs (coordinating vendor selection)
  • Project management
  • Testing
  • Basic wireframing (not mandatory)
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in development projects
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Slack, and InVision
