MEP BIM Modeller Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to perform advanced building information modeling (BIM) duties in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review tender and IFC information according to ISO 19650 standards.
  • Develop, maintain and revise Revit-based BIM models for construction projects, including general arrangement plans, sections, diagrams and schedules.
  • Perform clash detection and support coordination efforts to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Implement industry best practices for maintaining clean and healthy BIM models.
  • Update and revise models/documents based on requests for information, design changes and site instructions.
  • Identify discrepancies in contract documents and address them appropriately.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams in shared environments to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Diploma in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM for construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools and CDE platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
